Two Bed Apartment with parking for two cars, open plan living area with dining table and chairs and fully fitted kitchen which is ideal for cooking full meals if required.
Two good size double bedrooms with wardrobe space , one ensuite and another master bathroom with shower over.
Bed linen, towels, shower gel and hair dryer provided.
The apartment is fully accessible complete with a platform lift.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment, there are no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Parking permit must be always shown in your vehicle during your stay, this will be provided upon arrival and must be left once you leave.
If not correctly displayed in your vehicle you will incur a parking fine.
The parking spaces are strictly for Bay 3 and Bay 50. Both of which are signposted.
Bay 3 is located in the open courtyard.
Bay 50 is located in the back left corner under the apartment block. This is quite a tight space for larger vehicles.
Strictly no smoking in the building.
