About this cottage rental
Just 15 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 30 minutes from Le Mans and La Flèche Zoo, the Gîte des Hirondelles offers all the comforts for a stay with friends, family, or for a business trip. Located in a hamlet, 500 meters from all shops.
Ground floor: large dining room with a lounge/sofa bed for 2 people, large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. A large, fully equipped, separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own bathroom with a large corner bathtub, large sink, and walk-in shower. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room with shower and sink, and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) with an en-suite shower room and sink.
Outside: a large courtyard with a gate for parking vehicles, private parking. A garage is available. A large, fully enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
Linens are provided and included in the price. Beds are made upon request before arrival at the cottage.
A cleaning fee of €80 is charged separately and is mandatory for corporate bookings.
The cottage is located: 28 km from Le Mans (24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, etc.), 25 km from La Flèche (La Flèche Zoo, etc.), and 16 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe.
