The holiday apartment "Haus Schmalenbeck - Lucius 2" on the North Sea island of Norderney offers ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The house is situated in a prime location in the town center, making it very convenient to pick up and drop off the key at Norderney Room Service upon arrival and departure. The central location allows guests to quickly reach various shops and restaurants. Furthermore, the popular North Beach at Januskopf is just a short walk away, which is particularly attractive for beach lovers. The spacious Apartment 2 extends over two floors – the first floor and the attic. The apartment is accessed via an entrance on Luciusstrasse. There, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, ensuring a restful sleep. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxing and perhaps enjoying convivial evenings. The separate kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals if they wish. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment's amenities. The east-facing terrace is particularly lovely, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or for relaxing at the end of the day. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Those wishing to explore the island by bicycle can rent bikes from "Molly."
