The Space:
Rear upper level carriage house apartment, beautifully renovated with a flood of light from four exposures, private locked entrance from the street and a small kitchen. Large TV with cable, plus dining bar too! Studio apartment with its own private entrance. Washer/dryer in the unit. Modern kitchen includes built-in microwave, pots & pans, dishes, etc. Full bathroom with bath and shower.
Sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. supplied.
Upscale features throughout with lots of natural light and a churchyard view.
Guest Access:
Guests have the carriage house studio apartment to themselves. Access is gained through a private entrance off of a public alley steps from the neighborhood street.
The Neighborhood:
Dupont Circle is DC's most vibrant and desirable neighborhood, with incredible architecture, grand homes and a beautiful circle at the heart of it that is a go-to spot on nice days to relax and enjoy the scenery. Just a few blocks to Whole Foods, Vida gym, and tons of restaurants, bars and more- Dupont Circle is where it's at!
Getting Around:
Metro is just 4 blocks away at Dupont Circle (19th and Q) or a little longer to U Street (green line, 13th and U). Uber and Lyft are easy to use to get around, as are rented bicycles or scooters, and walking is super easy too!
