This sunny 1.5-room apartment is located on the second floor and features a spacious, bright living area with an open-plan kitchenette and access to the south-facing balcony. At the rear of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed (approx. 140 x 200 cm), the hallway, and a small shower room. An additional sleeping space is provided by the sofa bed in the living room.
The "Bellevue" building is ideally situated for a holiday – just 50 meters from the beach and directly on the main promenade! The building is also an excellent starting point for all your holiday activities:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all within easy walking distance. A bakery, a bicycle rental shop, and – for the more active guests – a fitness studio are also within 800 meters.
You can conveniently park your car in the building's parking lot – and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. For getting to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, there are regular buses several times a day, offering excellent flexibility. Großenbrode is also a fantastic starting point for all kinds of bike tours: Heiligenhafen is just over an hour away – even faster with an e-bike – or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn.

Important information:
Extensive concrete renovation work will be carried out in the Bellevue complex (buildings A–C) starting in March 2026. The work will affect all three buildings and is expected to last until the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.
Unfortunately, holiday rentals will not be possible during this time.
We plan to resume rentals at the beginning of 2027.
Therefore, we can currently only accept bookings for 2027 provisionally.
