The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! Step inside and you’ll find a convenient laundry room, followed by the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Just beyond the kitchen is the dining room, with comfortable seating for four. Off the kitchen, you’ll find the primary bedroom, featuring a cozy queen-size bed and TV—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day at Cedar Point.
Just off the dining room is the inviting living room, where you can kick back, watch a movie, and enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace. The guest bedroom is located just off the living room, providing a comfortable and convenient space for additional guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire lower unit and won't see us unless you need something!
The Neighborhood:
Stay in South Sandusky, a convenient residential area located between downtown Sandusky and the Cedar Point Causeway. The neighborhood has a relaxed, residential feel while keeping you close to the best of Sandusky. You’ll be just a short drive from Cedar Point, downtown restaurants and shops, the waterfront, marinas, and other local attractions.
Whether you're visiting for a day at Cedar Point, enjoying Sandusky’s waterfront, or exploring the local restaurants and entertainment, this location makes a great home base for your stay.
Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended when staying here, especially if you plan to visit Cedar Point or explore the surrounding area. Cedar Point is just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for park days. Downtown Sandusky, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other local attractions are also easily accessible by car.
Uber and Lyft are available in the area and can be a convenient option for evenings out or trips around town. During the summer, traffic around Cedar Point can be heavier, so plan a little extra time when heading to or from the park.

Note: While there is a microwave and stovetop, there is no oven.
HOUSE RULES:
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
