The space
The home sleeps up to 10 with 3 queen bedrooms plus a kids room with two bunk beds. Guests have 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, pool table, one large TV, complimentary drinks and coffee, and self check-in. The backyard has extra-tall privacy fencing, a grill, propane fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, lighting, and plenty of space to relax.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use.
You are also welcome to use recreational or comfort items stored in the garage during your stay, including items such as the extra beanbag, couch, chairs, ping-pong attachment, and similar guest amenities.
Extra towels are available in the garage if needed.
Each bedroom also has extra pillows with clean pillowcases available for your use.


Other things to note
Please note, the home has 1.5 bathrooms, however there is plenty of sleeping space and room for larger groups to spread out comfortably. It’s a great setup for family gatherings, game-day weekends, and group trips. The outdoor grill and fire pit use propane, so please follow the provided instructions and never leave them unattended while in use.
