Summary:
Welcome to Flutter B’s Landing, a brand-new luxury cabin inspired by—Bees, Butterflies, Birds & Bears! Enjoy modern style and high-end furnishings throughout this spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind on the screened patio. The main-level porch features a gas fireplace, while the indoor gas fireplace adds cozy charm. With a game room and convenient access to town and area attractions, Flutter B’s Landing is the perfect mountain escape!
Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 3 days prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.
The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet.
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and 10 minutes from downtown McCaysville. This central location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries and all the attractions our area has to offer.
Access is via all paved roads and a couple of different choices to arrive at the cabin. The cabin sits about 30 yards from the road with nice tree cover. The road does not produce much road noise and is lightly traveled.
The driveway is gravel and the cabin has a one car portico for parking and room for at least four other vehicles for a total of 5. The backyard is a very gentle slope and provides a 1,250 square foot fenced area.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.
Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
