Fully renovated in 2023, this flat has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable ski holiday for families and groups of friends.
Located in the Verseau residence in Flaine Forêt, the flat is situated on the third and top floor. As the building entrance is at the rear and opens directly onto the top floor, the flat is accessible on one level, with no stairs to climb. Its south-facing position provides open, unobstructed views with no overlooking neighbours.
With a total floor area of 48 sq m, the flat features a welcoming open-plan living space comprising a lounge, a dining area with seating for up to eight guests and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include an induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and stone-grill appliance, and fondue set. A generous selection of utensils, knives, oven dishes, crockery and glassware is also provided.
The main bedroom features a 160 cm-wide bed, two wardrobes and individual reading lights. The separate sleeping area comprises two individual alcoves divided by a curtain. The first has a daybed, a wardrobe and a television. The second includes a 140 cm-wide double bed, a suspended single bed accessed via a retractable ladder, and a wardrobe.
The shower room is fitted with an enclosed shower, washbasin unit, storage shelves and heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC. A utility room equipped with a ski-boot dryer for up to six pairs completes the accommodation.
A south-facing balcony runs along the length of the flat and can be accessed from both the lounge and the main bedroom.
For added convenience, guests have access to a secure ski locker located by the building entrance, on the same level as the flat. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart lock with an access code that is changed after every booking, a 43-inch television in the lounge and a 32-inch television in the sleeping area. A washing machine, tumble dryer, Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and a selection of board games are also provided.
