About this house rental
Experience unforgettable holidays on the water in our exclusive floating holiday home, "Baltic Home." This special holiday home offers you plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere right on the Baltic Sea.
It has two bedrooms located on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed (200x200 cm), blackout curtains for restful nights, a wardrobe, and access to the terrace. Here, you can start your day with a wonderful view of the marina.
The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (each 100x200 cm), a chest of drawers, and blackout curtains.
The holiday home also features a Finnish sauna, where you can relax after a long day. Opposite the sauna is a modern bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you'll find the living and dining area with the kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances and ideal for culinary evenings. The stylishly furnished living area invites you to relax with a smart TV and a sofa bed. The balcony is adjacent. Enjoy the evenings on the comfortable garden furniture or have a great barbecue.
The highlight of the house is the roof terrace with its spectacular panoramic water views. An unforgettable view of the Schlei fjord, the Schlei estuary, the Baltic Sea, and the harbor basin of the OstseeResort Olpenitz awaits you – perfect for admiring sunsets and the starry sky.
A private parking space directly in front of the jetty is also available.
If you'd like to arrive by boat, "Baltic Home" is the perfect place for you. A mooring berth, as well as access to electricity and water, is located directly next to the houseboat.
