Set over two floors, this recently refurbished duplex maisonette offers more than 1000 sq ft of spacious, contemporary living in the heart of Spitalfields, right between the City and Shoreditch.
The ground floor is a stunning open-plan space with a step up dividing the zones: a comfortable living area with a large corner sofa and a 65 inch Hisense smart TV set against a striking walnut slatted feature wall, a stylish dining area seating four under a statement pendant light, and a fully equipped designer kitchen in deep navy with marble-effect worktops and an American-style fridge freezer. The living space opens onto shared patio access.
Upstairs you will find two generous double bedrooms and a dedicated study:
Bedroom 1: super king size bed with a double built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2: king size bed with a built-in wardrobe
Study: a quiet home office with desk and chair, ideal for remote working
Bathroom: a smart family bathroom with a walk-in shower
The kitchen comes fully stocked with an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a full set of cookware and utensils. 20Mbs WiFi runs throughout, with heating on a smart Nest system and hot water always on.
Guests have full access to the entire maisonette across both floors, plus shared patio and courtyard access. Self check-in via a key safe makes arrival easy at any time.

- Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. A charge may be requested if guests check in early or check out late without agreement, as this disrupts the cleaning schedule.
- The property is over two floors with stairs to the bedrooms and has no lift.
- There is no on-site or dedicated parking; the area is subject to street parking restrictions.
- Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, up to two, and a pet fee applies.
- No travel cot or highchair is provided.
- Bins and recycling are in the shared courtyard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
