To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and with respect for the structure and the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00 .
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by guests who are regularly registered at the time of check-in.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all the equipment in the structure.
Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, appliances and cookers and to close doors and windows properly.
It is mandatory to comply with the instructions relating to the separate collection of waste . Please do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is not allowed to move furniture or furniture without prior authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed .
Check-out must take place within the agreed time , leaving the accommodation in decent condition.
