The Space:

The villa is designed around effortless Caribbean indoor-outdoor living, with the private pool and beautiful golf course views at the heart of the experience.



Inside, a bright and contemporary open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors open directly onto the spacious covered terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor living areas. Whether you’re preparing breakfast, relaxing in the lounge or enjoying dinner together, the pool and tropical surroundings are always just a few steps away.



Outside is where the villa really comes to life. Spend the day cooling off in your private swimming pool, enjoy a slow morning coffee on the covered terrace or unwind with a drink while looking out over the greens of the Blue Bay golf course. The combination of privacy, shade and open views makes the terrace a wonderful place to enjoy Curaçao’s warm climate from morning until evening.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. Three modern bathrooms provide plenty of comfort and privacy, making the layout ideal for families, couples traveling together or a group of friends.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals at home, while a washer and dryer make longer stays equally convenient. Throughout the villa, the modern design, generous living spaces and connection with the outdoors create a relaxed vacation atmosphere without compromising on comfort.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, covered terrace and all indoor and outdoor living spaces.



The villa is located within the gated Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, offering a secure and relaxed resort environment with 24/7 controlled access. As our guest, you can also enjoy access to Blue Bay Beach and the resort’s facilities, including restaurants, the golf course and diving facilities.



During your stay, you’ll also have the convenience of our Coral & Coco guest service locations across Curaçao. Our team is available at our Blue Bay Welcome Center, at Curaçao International Airport in Hato, and at our Pietermaai location in central Willemstad. Whether you need assistance during your stay, local recommendations, help arranging a rental car or simply have a question, our team is always within easy reach.



Convenient parking is available at the villa, and we recommend having a rental car to comfortably explore Blue Bay and the rest of Curaçao at your own pace.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located within Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, one of Curaçao’s most established and sought-after resort communities. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and positioned directly along the golf course, the villa offers a peaceful setting while keeping some of the island’s best resort amenities close by.



At the heart of the resort is beautiful Blue Bay Beach, known for its palm trees, clear azure water and relaxed Caribbean atmosphere. Spend the day swimming and snorkelling, discover Curaçao’s colourful underwater world with Blue Bay Dive, or challenge yourself on the resort’s scenic 18-hole golf course. Guests who like to stay active can also make use of Blue Bay Fit, tennis courts and the resort’s walking and jogging trails.



There is plenty to enjoy without ever leaving Blue Bay. Meet for drinks by the beach, enjoy lunch overlooking the Caribbean or treat yourself to a special dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants, including The Coast and the renowned Brass Boer. Blue Bay also regularly hosts live music, entertainment and intimate performances by local and international artists.



When you feel like exploring beyond the resort, Blue Bay is conveniently located for discovering Curaçao. Centrum Supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away by car for your daily groceries, while Sambil Shopping Mall is around 10 minutes away. Willemstad and Curaçao International Airport are also within easy driving distance. Several beautiful beaches can be reached within approximately 10–15 minutes, making Blue Bay an excellent starting point for exploring the island.



Blue Bay also has a fascinating history. Long before becoming the resort it is today, the area was a plantation where crops such as limes, oranges, and indigo were cultivated. The property later played a role during different periods of Curaçao’s history, including the Second World War. Development of modern-day Blue Bay began in the late 1990s, transforming the area into the thriving beach, golf and residential community guests enjoy today.



It’s a location that offers the best of both worlds: your own private villa and pool in peaceful surroundings, with a Caribbean beach, golf, diving, dining and activities within the resort — and the rest of Curaçao waiting just beyond the gates.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting a car during your stay, as it gives you the freedom to explore Curaçao’s beautiful beaches, restaurants, historic neighborhoods and other highlights at your own pace. Blue Bay is conveniently located for exploring the island, with Willemstad, the airport, supermarkets and many popular beaches within easy driving distance.

A USD 500 damage deposit is required before arrival. Please note that Coral & Coco is cashless, so the deposit and any additional payments must be made electronically.



Your stay includes a fair usage allowance of 50 kWh of electricity per day. Normal, responsible use of the villa and air conditioning should comfortably fall within this allowance. Any additional consumption will be charged separately.
