The Space:
This spacious top-floor residence was designed around the view. The main living room opens onto a private balcony with a 6-seat dining table facing the bay—the spot where most guests end up at sunset, watching sailboats drift in front of El Mogote.

You're 5–7 minutes from the malecón, the seaside promenade lined with restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and bronze sculptures where La Paz comes alive in the evening. The city's best seafood—chocolate clams, fish tacos, and fresh ceviche—is minutes away.

A rental car is the easiest way to explore, and covered parking is included. Uber and taxis operate throughout the city and are inexpensive—a ride to the malecón runs roughly $3–5 USD.
The airport is a straightforward 25-minute drive. Most guests rent at the airport, though we can arrange a private transfer on request. Balandra and Tecolote require a car or a tour; there's no direct public transit to either.
