THE SPACE

You'll be staying in a 3BR house located in Houston's charming Lindale Park neighborhood, you'll enjoy the character of a quiet residential community while staying just minutes from many of the city's most popular destinations.

- 10–15 minutes to Downtown Houston

- Minutes from The Heights, White Oak Music Hall, Houston Farmers Market, and local restaurants

- Convenient access to I-45, I-610, and US-59

- Easy drive to the Texas Medical Center, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, and George R. Brown Convention Center

Originally renovated in 2021 and thoughtfully refreshed, this home features a bright, open-concept layout with carefully selected furnishings, warm natural textures, and comfortable spaces designed for relaxing after a day in the city.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house during their stay.

The home features a bright, open-concept living area, a dining space perfect for shared meals or game nights, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, and cooking essentials.

Guests will also enjoy:

- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home

- Two Roku Smart TVs (guests may log into their own streaming services)

- In-home washer and dryer located in the dedicated laundry closet

- Two full bathrooms, including a private en-suite in the primary bedroom

Outside, guests have access to the home's front yard, front porch, and private backyard, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing after a day exploring Houston.

Parking includes two designated spaces directly in front of the home. Please note that the driveway provides access to the separate rear residence and should remain clear at all times.

NEIGHBORHOOD HIGHLIGHTS

Our community is nestled in a quiet colorful neighborhood that will leave you with the essence of true Houston living. The people, the culture, the food--- the Heights neighborhood is a 6-minute car ride a way, and the stay in this updated guesthouse is very relaxing.

There are several restaurants within a 1-2 mile radius as well as corner stores and gas stations within a few blocks.

Houston is a car city! However the METRORail station is a 2 minute walk from our home. Easily accessible by Uber and other car hailing services.







FEES:

Express check-in fee: $75

Late check in & out: $100

Mid Stay cleaning: $150

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

Required Before Check-In

All guests must complete the Happy Guest pre-registration prior to receiving check-in instructions. This includes ID verification, acceptance of the house rules, and a fully refundable $300 security deposit authorization hold to help ensure a smooth check-in experience.





Extended Stay Policy (28+ Nights)

Reservations of 28 nights or longer require a professional in-stay cleaning approximately every 28 days. For stays of about one month, the cleaning is typically scheduled around the midpoint of the reservation. The cleaning fee is $200 per cleaning and is paid separately through Happy Guest. We'll coordinate the cleaning date with you in advance.

An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
