For any bookings made on behalf of a client during the Sundance Film Festival, we do ask that the full names of all guests be provided at the time of booking. Please also note that the booking party will be held responsible for any damages caused by guests during the stay.

Please note that the sleeping loft is accessed by a ladder, so guests must be comfortable and physically able to climb a ladder to access the bed. A safety gate is provided at the loft entrance for guest safety.

The property owners reside in the main house and will be present during your stay. Your privacy is a priority, and they are committed to providing a discreet, respectful presence while allowing you to fully enjoy the independence and tranquility of your private guest suite.

Please note the guest suite is located above the primary home's garage so some noise from the garage may be heard within the guest suite.

Please note: the owner keeps honey bee hives on the rooftop of the primary home. They're minimally active in winter and shouldn't affect your stay, but we want guests with severe bee allergies to be aware of their presence.
