Welcome to this free-standing end-unit condo that is perched on a sunlit mountainside and offers comfort, charm, and beautiful views. The layout features two private bedrooms and a cozy loft, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. We invite you to unwind, explore, and enjoy all that Campton Ridge Retreat has to offer in every season.
You enter through the foyer which then opens up to the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen features tons of character and convenience including a Keurig machine for your morning coffee, plus air fryer, stove top, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Please note, there is no standard oven but there is a counter-top toaster oven for use.

The living room features a smart TV, comfy couch, and chairs for plentiful seating. In the dining area, you will find a dining table that seats four as well as two bar stools at the island. Additionally, the sideboard is equipped with board games for all ages.

A spiral staircase allows you access the bedrooms in the loft and the lower level. Please use caution when utilizing stairs. Upon entering the loft, watch your head, however there is ample room to fully stand. You will find open shelving and nightstands for storage. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.

The lower level features two bedrooms and the full bath with a tub/shower combination.

4 Wheel Drive/AWD is strongly recommended in winter. Snow removal on the grounds and parking area will take place after significant snowfalls. Follow signage for winter parking. There are two parking lots (upper and lower) and both require the use of stairs to get to the property.

Please be aware this unit is NOT handicap accessible. The condo features a spiral staircase to access the loft and lower level (all bedrooms).

Laundry Available: Coin-operated (quarters only) washer and dryer available in the building (first door on the left at the parking lot end). It is $2 per each wash and dry, $4 for a full cycle.
Resort Amenities: Waterville Estates Community Center is just a short drive from the condo. At the Community Center, enjoy two indoor pools, a fitness center, game room, bar, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, a playground, and a heated outdoor pool. A pond with a sand beach, swim platform, and paddleboat rentals is available, with ice skating in winter. Additionally, Campton Mountain Ski Area, just a 5-minute drive away, offers skiing, dining, and live music. The guest pass for the Rec Center includes one unlimited adult pass (a 3-minute drive from the condo). Additional passes are available for a fee. No cost for children under 7.

Rates include 8.5% NH State Tax, Departure Cleaning. Linens & Towels and a Property Protection Plan covering you up to $1500 for any accidental damage.
