This Space

Each room includes WiFi, TVs, and a cable package for your entertainment. Start your day with coffee on our large private balcony, offering beautiful views of the beach and bay. The open layout connects the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, dining area, family room, and personal Tiki Bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, barware, and serving sets for all your meal preparation needs. This unit comes with its own official Margaritaville Margarita Machine!

For outdoor fun, enjoy our two open courtyards with BBQ grills, or take a dip in any of our three pools, including an oceanfront cabana pool. You can also stay active at our two fitness centers. Of course, the beautiful Sandbridge beach is always open for your enjoyment! Nature enthusiasts will love exploring the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge or the many trails in the Virginia Beach area.

Please be advised that the condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.

We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:

Please confirm that you accept the House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests.

Please note that the building has security cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. There are absolutely no cameras on or in the interior of the unit.

For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and your security deposit will be forfeited. We will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.

Our minimum age requirement is generally 25.

Large parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.

Fireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.

There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with notice.

The unit comes with one assigned garage parking spaces for standard size vehicles. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. If any additional parking spaces are needed outside of the one spots, visitor spots are available on a first come, first serve basis with appropriate permit displayed.

Please note that the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. The owner does not guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.

This is not an partial oceanview unit on the exterior of the complex overlooking the intersection of Sandfiddler Road and Whitecap lane. It has partial ocean views from both inside the unit and on the outdoor balcony.

Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store. We recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.

This unit is not located within a resort or hotel. Accordingly, there is not a concierge, maid service, or on-staff employees. This is a private rental.

All amenities such as pool, hot tub, and restaurants are not owned by the unit owner and are subject to the service and operations of the individual business owner. The swim up cabana bar is privately owned by a third-party and is permanently closed.

The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy for non-owners. This is strictly enforced. Any violation will result in a fine of $500.00 and grounds for immediate termination of your stay.
