Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - fitted kitchen with living room (access by a step) and opening onto the rear terrace, - 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed (street side), - 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 electric bed (garden side), - laundry room with combined washing machine/dryer, - bathroom with bathtub, - separate toilet. Upstairs: - mezzanine with reading corner (staggered staircase). Outside: large paved terrace behind the cottage, small lawn adjoining a bedroom on the gable. Parking on the property along the cottage on the street side. This house has been designed and renovated entirely to optimize comfort. Marie Hélène has added her decorative touch through the frames, all made by her. 200 m away: the center of Pleubian and its small shops that will provide you with everything you need. Are you dreaming of a fire on arrival? Curl up in one of the comfortable armchairs, by the stove, in front of a good fire and listen to the soothing crackling of the flames. Do you enjoy walking? Then head to the beautiful Kermagen beach, 2 km from your rental for magnificent walks on the GR34 and the Sillon de Talbert depending on the tides. Do you prefer to chill out and unwind?
