Accessing the property:
On your day of Check-in you will receive a code to enter the walk-thru gate at the left of the driveway. There is a ditch to the left and right of the driveway, please use extra caution when approaching.

You will then receive a separate code to use to unlock the home for self check-in.

Inside the home on the wall by the front door is the clicker to open the gate. You will use the clicker to open the gate, then you can drive into the property.

A $100 fee will be billed to you if gate clicker is missing. Make sure to hang it back up on the wall hook. Accidents happen, sometimes things get packed accidentally, but we will have to go buy and program another clicker right away especially if someone is checking in on the day you check out!

Small Snack items and bottled waters have been placed in the fridge for you to enjoy. (no charge)

Propane and Natural Gas:
This home uses Propane. The oven/stove is fueled by natural gas . Make sure all knobs are in the off position before leaving for the day, before going to sleep, and before checking out.


Enjoy dinner or relax with a glass of wine on the patio with a TV and open-air pergolas.
