This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management.

Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pet towels.

Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, the house is prepared for 14, extra fees apply for extra guests. 16 guests include children, if you are found to be exceeding the maximum guests permitted you may be asked to leave with no refund. Local council rules apply for short term accommodation and can be found at the Bass Coast Shire local law1 short term accommodation.

Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.

Security deposit is a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card taken the day prior to arrival and removed up to 7 days after check out.
