This is Moonlight Creek: a brand-new luxury cabin in Blue Ridge where the water hitting the rocks and moonlight reflecting the creek is the main character. Every evening ends under the stars, with the people you love. Remember, it’s all about you.

ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, and hair dryer in each bathroom.
BLUE RIDGE GA, McCAYSVILLE GA, COPPERHILL TN, MURPHY NC AREA ACTIVITIES:
There are so many things to do in the Blue Ridge GA, McCaysville GA, Copperhill TN, & Murphy NC areas! From golfing, boating, biking, white water rafting, zip lining, river tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, paintball, arcade, bowling, Drive-In Movie Theatre, Casino, and tank driving (you can even crush a car!)… to boutique/antique shopping, scenic train rides, amazing wineries, breweries, and cocktail bars, U-Pick fruit farms, and fabulous restaurants, there is absolutely something for everyone in North Georgia Cabin Country.

PRICING DETAILS:
To help protect both our guests and Moonlight Creek, a refundable $400 security hold is placed before check-in for items not covered by Accidental Damage Protection, such as smoking indoors, unauthorized guests or pets, intentional damage, or excessive cleaning. Our cleaning fee supports a thorough 3-step cleaning, staging, and quality-control inspection process before every stay. Dogs are welcome with a $250 fee for the first dog and $100 for a second, with a maximum of two dogs. Sorry, but no other pets or animals are permitted.
PROPERTY HEALTH & SAFETY:
Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire extinguishers. Some properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is treated quarterly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects. However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep insects out 100% of the time. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside.
The rental cabin is not childproof, and extreme care must be exercised with children in rental cabins, especially around electrical outlets, fireplaces, fire pits/tables, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, decks, loft railings, etc. Any outdoor exploration on the property will be done at the Guests and party's own risk.
***Use of fireworks & firearms are prohibited and a violation of Fannin County Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance 10-24-2023.
*** Fannin County Noise Ordinance quiet hours after 10p Sun-Thurs and 11p Fri & Sat.
*** Melissa & Deno are professional owner/operators and are API integrated with property management software. Once booked, you’ll receive a platform message and email reservation confirmation along with a link to a secure portal to electronically sign the rental agreement, upload a copy of Government-issued ID for renter verification, and provide credit card for the security deposit.
