Villa Irini Ocean View is our newly renovated holiday apartment, completely refurbished in 2025. Apartment 8 is located within Villa Irini, a property consisting of eight apartments. Set peacefully amidst the lush greenery of Lefkada, it offers you a beautiful retreat with a swimming pool, sea views, and close proximity to the beach.

Agios Ioannis Beach is just an 8-minute walk away, while Lefkada Town can be reached in only 5 minutes by car. Enjoy relaxing days by the pool, beautiful sea views, and the authentic Mediterranean lifestyle of the island.

Our approximately 50 m² holiday apartment, Villa Irini Ocean View, is located on the upper floor of Villa Irini in Lefkada. It is Apartment 8 within the Villa Irini complex and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. With two bedrooms, a cozy living area with kitchen, three balconies, a swimming pool, and beautiful sea views, it is the perfect place to arrive, relax, and feel at home.

CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE APARTMENT

We have furnished our apartment with great care and attention to detail and kindly ask you to treat the apartment, its furnishings, and equipment with care and responsibility.

If anything is accidentally damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can find a straightforward solution together.

For any damage caused by guests during their stay, the applicable statutory provisions apply. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage for which guests are not responsible, are of course excluded.

CLEANING, LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES

The final cleaning, as well as the bed linen and towels provided upon arrival, are included in the agreed accommodation price unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

Additional changes of bed linen and towels, as well as intermediate cleaning during your stay, are not included in the accommodation price.

If required, these services can be requested directly from our local cleaner, Andreea, for an additional fee. Andreea lives right next door and is therefore quickly available if needed. Her contact details can be found in the information folder in the apartment during your stay.

To make your arrival as comfortable as possible, we provide a small starter supply of essential consumables, including toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. This starter supply is intended for your arrival and will not be replenished during your stay.

Any additional consumables you may need can easily be purchased at the nearby shops and supermarkets.
