A great additional space to relax and unwind. This level also provides direct access to the private two-car garage.

Head upstairs to the second floor, the heart of the home. Here you will find a spacious modern main living and TV area that flows
into a fully stocked kitchen with an open counter and seating - for morning coffee, casual meals, or gathering together.
A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair makes remote work and business travel easy, while a convenient half bath completes this level.

Continue to the third floor, where two beautifully appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. Each bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, private bathroom, and closet, providing
added comfort and privacy. Both bathrooms are provided with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, while each sink provides hand soap and lotion.
Each closet includes a clothing steamer and extra pillows, while the primary bedroom closet also provides a high chair and pack n play.

There are two generous sized sofas on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. For sleeping guests 5 and 6. Extra sheets, pillows and blankets are provided on the 3rd floor in the closet of the 1st bedroom.

An en-suite washer and dryer is located in the hallway between both bedrooms.

● Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, garage, patios, decks, and yard.
● Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charge of $500-$1000 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

No Parties or Events
● Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are not permitted.
This includes birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, receptions, reunions, or any similar gathering.
● Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been given.

Quiet Hours
● Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Vehicles
Only two vehicles are allowed at the property during the stay

For stays 29 nights and longer there is a required rental agreement that needs to be signed
