THE LIVING ROOM



The living and dining sit together along the glass, and the whole side of the apartment opens to the balcony. Tile underfoot, sheer curtains you can draw against the afternoon, and the water in front of you from wherever you are sitting.



THE KITCHEN



An island bench with a twin sink and seating on one side, a Miele wall oven and a Bosch microwave, an induction cooktop and a full-height fridge. The splashback is mirrored.



SLEEPING



- Main bedroom: a king bed, with its own door onto the principal balcony

- Bedroom two: two single beds, with a balcony of its own

- Both bedrooms are carpeted



THE ENSUITE



A spa bath, twin basins on stone, and a separate shower. The bath sits behind a glazed opening that looks through to the bed and out to the water. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and serves bedroom two and guests.



THE BALCONY



Long enough to hold two separate settings without either crowding the other: a table at one end, lounge seating at the other. It wraps the corner, so you get the open water one way and the beach running south the other.

The apartment is yours for the stay, both bedrooms, both bathrooms and both balconies. One car space on site comes with it. The building's pools, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, spa and gardens are shared with other residents and their guests.



The Neighborhood:

You are on the Esplanade at Surfers Paradise, with the beach and the foreshore directly across the road. The restaurants and shops of the town run back behind you.



Getting Around:

Everything along the Esplanade and through the town centre is walkable. The G:link tram line runs through Surfers Paradise and connects the coast north and south.



Other Things to Note:

- The apartment sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the second bedroom takes two single beds rather than a double.

- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. A later check-out is often possible, so ask us.

- One of our team meets you at the door on arrival.

- One car space on site is included.

- The apartment has a noise monitoring device that measures sound level only. It records no audio and there are no cameras inside the home.

- The building's pools, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and gardens are shared with other residents.
