Single-story living for up to 12: four queen beds plus twin bunks and a pull-out couch. Unwind in the seasonal in-ground pool and private hot tub (pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, sooner if weather permits), or lounge in the backyard on one of our two lounge chairs. Fast Wi-Fi, TV, games, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space. Quiet, established neighborhood near grocery stores, dining, YMCA, and trails. Pet-friendly. Driveway/street parking and self check-in. Strictly no smoking.

▪ The pool is not heated and there is no pool cover, so the water temperature will vary depending on the weather and season.
▪ The hot tub is not guaranteed to be available at all times, as it may require occasional deep cleaning between guest stays. We always do our best to have it ready for each arrival.
▪ The property receives regular weekly pool and hot tub service to ensure both are properly maintained and in good condition for guest use.
▪ The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help ensure compliance with house rules. The device monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations or collect personal audio.
