About this house rental
Our charming two-bedroom retreat is your perfect base for an authentic Raglan experience, blending serene harbour views with fantastic family-friendly amenities.
The outdoor area is a dream for both kids and adults. Take a walk around Rangitahi bush tracks. Relax with a book, beverage or bbq on the deck. Cook pizza in the outdoor fire. You will also find a picnic table and hut for the kids down in the reserve in front of our home.
Plenty for the kids with a trampoline, sandpit, and tyre swing. New basketball and tennis courts just 500m away.
Although part of a larger dwelling, you will have the home and section to yourself.
Private parking with full access down the side of the house with a ramp making it wheel chair friendly. The key provided opens the ranch slider into the lounge and kitchen area. This room can be converted to a double bedroom by pulling out the couch.
The kitchen is equiped with; a sink, fridge, microwave oven, jug, toaster, cutlery, plates and cups. Moving down the hall we have spacious bathroom, toilet and shower. The main bedroom has a bunk bed, double down the bottom, single up the top.
Outside there is a hot outdoor shower, and under the louvers is a sofa, table and swing chair. We also have available a bbq and outdoor fire which you can use to cook pizza. Sandpit, trampoline and tyre swing down the bank for the kids to play.
You can access the walkway around Rangitahi Peninsula from the rear of our property and reach the harbour less than 200m away for a kayak or SUP.
