House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly request that you follow these house rules:
Check-in & Security

A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.

International guests must provide passport and visa copies.

Manual rates are provided as a default or fallback reference, not a fixed rule. Management-approved or live quotes always take precedence.

Check-in: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM require prior approval and are subject to caretaker availability. For same-day check-ins, please provide at least 6 hours’ advance notice so we can coordinate your arrival and ensure a smooth check-in.

The reason is that the caretaker finishes/retires after 8:00 PM, so there may not be someone available to handle the check-in.

Domestic guests must provide an Aadhaar Card.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected at check-in.

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Property Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Parties and events are not permitted.

Loud music is not allowed at any time. Indoor music may be played at a low to moderate volume.

Illegal activities, including the use of narcotics, gambling, or unauthorized visitors, are strictly prohibited.

Weapons Policy

Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle.


Safety

Please do not leave children unattended on balconies or the terrace.

Use the kitchen carefully and responsibly.

Ensure the gas stove is turned off completely after use.

Use only microwave-safe utensils in the microwave.
Handle knives and hot cookware with care.

Please do not drink tap water. RO-filtered drinking water is available in the kitchen.

Keep doors and windows closed whenever possible, as mosquitoes and flies are common in coastal areas.

Damages

Guests are requested to treat the property with care. Any damage to the villa, furnishings, or amenities may be charged to the guest.
