Our beautiful beach home in La Libertad, El Salvador, is perfect for large groups, with our nightly rate covering up to 15 guests. If your party is a bit larger, please reach out—we can often accommodate extra guests for an additional fee please let us know. This property is one of a kind located just 25 -30 minutes away from El Salvador International Airport Oscar Arnulfo Romero and Surf City, Walter Thilo Deininger National Adventure Park. (Depending on traffic) The beach is located in a very exclusive beautiful and secluded area in the town of Cangrejera which is know for been a natural turtle nesting and wildlife sanctuary. This house is a brand new house listing with state of the art features and decor. The property was designed by a renowned Salvadoran architect and its details are unique for the region modern and unique with a pyramidal shape that offers three different levels with private jacuzzi in the top level. The house has an amazing selection of custom made wood decorations and handcrafted beds and bunk beds with night stands and benches , private bathrooms, dining tables and chairs as well as lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen with stools, living room furniture brand new pool & plenty of parking areas. The first level has 4 rooms available with full private bathrooms and extra full bathroom for pool users. 2nd story humongous master suite has 2 large queen beds and a sofa bed and can easily accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and has private rooftop access staircase to jacuzzi located in the third level of the pyramid with capacity for several people for an amazing view experience watching a sunset or enjoying some drinks with friends and family. All beds/bunk beds will be fully furnished with linens and pillows and first level beds can accommodate easily two people per bed. The kitchen is equipped with all items of basic use silverware, pans, glasses & cups salad bowls pitchers etc and is already equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, hair dryer and blender for your use. Personal towels will be provided for bathroom & pool use. Property has free Wi-Fi around the premises and TVs in select rooms only. The house has an amazing night landscape and pool lighting system that makes the property feel and look amazing modern and romantic at night all for yourself. The beach is clean and free of rocks , beautiful sand with amazing sunsets all year around and we offer ecological baby turtle family and kid release experience packages when in turtle hatching season for an extra cost per group please ask us about it if interested. Private cook or chef gourmet services can be provided for an extra fee per person/ group per day, please ask us in advance if interested. No private parties/events or service providers or large groups for day or night parties allowed above and beyond the original guest group size under the ongoing reservation prior to host authorization, separate signing of rental agreement event rules and full advance deposit payment as per Casa Attala Oceanfront event policies and regulations and according to particular type of event, guests group size and total amount of hours applicable will be permitted without previous authorization we reserve the right to cancel a future or ongoing reservation if these rules are not respected or disclosed in advance before or during any guest stay.

Guest Capacity & Extra Fees:

-Base Rate: Covers up to 15 guests (children included).

-Overnight Extra Guests: $40 per day per person (requires prior host approval).

-Day-Pass Only Guests: $20 per day per person (requires prior host approval).

The house is beautifully located ocean front right on the beach with luxury details and amenities and the basic items you need to enjoy a beach house with friends and family. Kitchen has all basic appliances and utensils needed to cook and serve as well as dinning table and chairs. On site staff will be available to provide assistance on site as needed.

We offer an on-site laundry service handled by our staff whenever you need it. The cost is $10 per wash and $10 per dry for each load.

Private Cook Service

Need a chef? We offer private cook services for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is perfect for large groups and is available for an extra fee. Just message us for details and availability in advance!

Guest Capacity & Fees

Included in Base Price: Up to 15 guests maximum (including children).

Extra Overnight Guests: More than 15 guests may be allowed with prior approval, depending on comfort and space.

Extra nightly guest fees will apply and can be paid via the app or at the property.

Beds: We only provide the standard beds and sofa beds shown in the listing. We do not provide floor mattresses or extra beds, but you are welcome to bring your own air mattresses or sleeping bags.

Daytime Visitors

Day Passes: Visitors not included in the original reservation require prior approval.

Fees & Registration: A day-pass fee applies per person, and all visitors must register with our house staff.

Overnight Rules: Day guests must leave at night. If they wish to stay overnight, extra guest fees apply and require host approval.
