About this house rental
Welcome to this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home in East Atlanta, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. The home features a spacious living area, dining space, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry, plus a convenient laundry area.
The bedrooms offer a king, queen, and full-size bed, while the updated bathrooms include a bathtub. Outside, enjoy a private fenced backyard with a beautiful two-level deck, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars.
Conveniently located near East Atlanta Village, the home offers easy access to local dining, shops, entertainment, major highways, and Atlanta attractions
For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.
For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
