Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious four-bedroom villa overlooking the golf courses of La Cala Golf Resort & Golf Club. The Space:

The villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests, with four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth has two single beds, making the villa suitable for families, friends and groups travelling together.



The main living area provides a comfortable indoor lounge and dining space, complemented by a separate TV room. The villa also benefits from a bright conservatory that can be opened fully towards the garden during the warmer months, creating a wonderful connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Outside, the villa has a beautiful private garden, maintained weekly by a professional gardener, together with a private swimming pool and several areas for relaxing and dining. Guests can enjoy meals outdoors, make use of the gas BBQ or simply relax around the pool and take in the peaceful golf surroundings.



The villa also has a private garage available for guest use, with additional street parking available immediately outside the property.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including the garden, private swimming pool and garage.



We personally meet our guests at the property for check-in, show you around the villa and its facilities, and hand over the keys. This also gives us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and make sure you are comfortable before we leave.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in the peaceful La Cala Golf Resort area, surrounded by the golf courses of La Cala Golf Resort & Golf Club.



The golf resort and clubhouse are within a short walk of the villa, with several restaurants available nearby. The area is ideal for guests looking for a peaceful setting while still being within easy reach of the Costa del Sol's beaches, restaurants and amenities.



La Cala de Mijas is approximately 8 km away, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets including Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl. Elviria, with its additional shops and Carrefour supermarket, is approximately 9.5 km away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area and making the most of your stay on the Costa del Sol.



The villa has a private garage available for guests, with additional parking spaces available on the street directly outside the entrance gate.



The restaurants at La Cala Golf Resort and Golf Club are within approximately a 5–10 minute walk of the villa. La Cala de Mijas and its supermarkets are approximately 8 km away.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool is private and unheated.



The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, and guests are kindly asked to respect the surrounding community and neighbours.



Both the main entrance and garage entrance have stair access to the villa, and there are also stairs to the bedroom level.
