The inviting 3-room apartment Korswandt with balcony accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child (up to 3 years old) and is located on the second floor of the building by the spa park – just steps from the promenade and the beach. The living area features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table with 4 chairs, offering ample space. From the living area, you can access the balcony, which faces the sea/courtyard. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. A flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
A special bonus is the sauna area with a rooftop terrace and relaxation room on the upper floor of the building, where you can enjoy a relaxing sauna session with a view of the Baltic Sea. A parking space is available free of charge in the enclosed underground garage (entrance height 2.05 m). You can also park your bicycles here. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
