Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite (11′ 7″ × 12′ 4″ | 142 sq. ft.). This bright and welcoming primary suite featured a plush king-size bed and an optional twin trundle for additional guests. The room offered ample closet space, a TV that discreetly rose from a motorized cabinet, and stunning panoramic views of Lake Erie. Bedroom 2 (11′ 6″ × 10′ 9″ | 123 sq. ft.). This comfortable and cozy bedroom featured a queen-size bed, generous closet space, and a private three-piece ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 / Den (17′ 6″ × 15′ 1″ | 264 sq. ft.). This versatile space featured two twin daybeds and an additional twin trundle, making it an ideal sleeping area for children or extra guests. A dresser provided additional storage. BATHROOMS. Main Bathroom – 3-Piece (11′ 5″ × 9′ 10″ | 87 sq. ft.). The spacious main bathroom offered a calming, spa-like setting with modern comforts, perfect for freshening up or relaxing after a day at the beach. Ensuite Bathroom – 3-Piece (11′ 7″ × 5′ 4″ | 50 sq. ft.). The private ensuite was conveniently located within the second bedroom and offered a comfortable, stylish space just steps from the bed. LIVING AND DINING. Living Room. The cozy and inviting living room served as the home's central gathering space, offering comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the water. Kitchen (11′ 9″ × 17′ 5″ | 201 sq. ft.). The spacious, fully equipped kitchen featured generous prep space, modern cabinetry, and everything guests needed to prepare meals and entertain comfortably. Breakfast Nook (11′ 5″ × 9′ 1″ | 103 sq. ft.). This bright, sun-filled nook was perfect for relaxed mornings and morning coffee. It comfortably seated four guests. Dining Room. The dining room comfortably seated eight and offered serene lakefront views, creating a beautiful setting for shared meals. Laundry Room (11′ 5″ × 7′ 6″ | 85 sq. ft.). The laundry room was equipped with a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The home's infrared sauna was also located in this space. RELAXING AND FUN. Sunroom (15′ 7″ × 12′ 0″ | 187 sq. ft.). The tranquil sunroom featured panoramic lake views and was an inviting place to enjoy a morning coffee, curl up with a book, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. BBQ. A large five-burner BBQ was conveniently located just off the sunroom. OUTDOOR PATIO AND HOT TUB. The private lakeside patio provided a peaceful outdoor retreat overlooking Lake Erie. The five-person hot tub was the perfect place to relax while taking in the breathtaking water views and spectacular sunsets. The outdoor lounge area featured comfortable seating and ambient lighting, creating an inviting setting for morning coffee, evening drinks, or stargazing under the night sky. LOCATION. Located directly on the bank of Lake Erie, just minutes from Amherstburg. The property backed onto Big Creek Marsh Wildlife Area, a significant coastal marsh wetland spanning approximately 2,500 acres. Approximately 5 minutes from Holiday Beach Conservation Area. Numerous wineries were located within a 30-minute drive. A private resident-only beach was located at the end of the street. Approximately 32 km (20 miles) from the Detroit/Windsor border crossing. This lakeside retreat offered a rare combination of waterfront views, peaceful surroundings, outdoor recreation, and convenient access to Amherstburg, local wineries, beaches, and the Detroit/Windsor area.
