About this house rental
Villa Europa presents itself as a modern complex with five separate holiday apartments. The detached house is located in a fully developed, quiet residential area on the edge of the town center and the Baltic Sea beach of Heringsdorf. Built in 2008, all apartments are two-room units with a living area of 50 square meters. With the exception of the Nizza apartment, located on the second floor and accommodating a maximum of two guests plus a baby, all four other apartments (Barcelona and Granada on the ground floor, and Pisa and Florence on the first floor) can accommodate up to three guests plus a baby. In addition to the exclusively designed bedrooms for two people, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living rooms. All apartments exude a warm, southern flair and create a pleasant indoor climate even in the colder months, which is further enhanced in four apartments (ground floor and first floor) by a fireplace in the living area. Comfort and modernity are defined in the living area by the 40" 3D flat-screen TV, the hi-fi sound system with Blu-ray player, and the high-quality furnishings. This room is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The maritime-themed bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin with mirror. Outside, there is a pool (open from June to September), a barbecue area, two sun loungers, an extra-large beach chair, and additional seating options for pure relaxation outdoors. The nearest shops and restaurants, the beach, and the town center are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle within a radius of 500 to 1000 meters. Lake Gothensee is approximately 150 meters away, and the sea with its sandy beach and water sports opportunities is just 1000 meters away.
