Escape from the hustle of bustle and retreat with your loved ones at this adorable, one-story waterfront gem nestled among other waterfront homes on Moultonborough Neck. A sweeping lawn delivers you to a beautiful, shared sandy beach (this beach is shared with the owner's family). This immaculate home offers an air-conditioned living room complete with a 42″ TV and recently remodeled bathrooms. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with every appliance needed to whip up delicious feasts and beach snacks for the group.

The Space:

The screened porch sets you up for fun times for eating without pesky bugs and enjoying that 'out-of-doors' feeling during those warm summer nights. Are you riding in on your motorcycle? There is secured and enclosed parking for up to four bikes! Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, DVD player, high-speed WiFi, propane grill and canoe.
