The 6,500 sq ft home sleeps 10–12 and features a magnificent 2,000 sq ft living room with chef’s kitchen and a beautiful 20' × 50' pool. Swim, gather, cook, wander the woods, unwind in the sauna, or retreat to the pond-side meditation cabin. Perfect for family reunions, friends’ gatherings, and wellness retreats—a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.


Two Hundred Acre Wood is a private 200-acre sanctuary in the heart of the Catskills, where complete seclusion and genuine luxury exist side by side. At the end of a mile-long private driveway, surrounded by nearly 4,000 acres of protected New York State and DEC land, you'll discover a place that feels entirely your own.

This is luxury living at its finest—complete immersion in nature without sacrificing modern comfort. Powered entirely by solar energy and connected by Starlink, Two Hundred Acre Wood offers the rare luxury of being fully connected when you want to be, while completely disconnected from noise, traffic, and the outside world.

Main House

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 6 beds in total. Every bedroom is individually air-conditioned, ensuring peaceful nights after long days spent exploring the property or the surrounding Catskills.

The family room sofa can be unfolded into a sleeper sofa.

Living Rooms
The heart of the home is an extraordinary 2,000-square-foot great room.

Cooking and Dinning:
The living room features a stunning kitchen with a chef-quality gas range, you can create any meal you might dream up.

There is a generous dining space with a table for twelve, along with inviting lounge areas with two sets of sectional leather sofas to lounge (and nap). It is where everyone naturally comes together to cook memorable meals, share stories over wine, or simply enjoy each other's company beneath soaring 35-foot ceilings.


Music & Art
A beautiful 7-foot antique grand piano sits in the living room, waiting for musicians and guests of all levels to play, gather around, and make music together.

A 6-foot easel is also available for artists who want to bring their canvas outdoors or find inspiration in the woods, meadows, and ever-changing light.

Fireplace
A magnificent 35-foot-tall wood-burning fireplace rises through the living room, crowned by majestic elk taxidermy. In winter, a crackling fire fills the room with warmth and creates the perfect setting for cozy evenings.

Billiards
A family game room is located downstairs: It is a large space where there is a 9 foot Gold Crown Brunswick pool table, and cozy couches for lounging.



Deck
Just off the great living room, a 600-square-foot deck extends the living space directly into the landscape. Complete with a Weber barbecue and comfortable outdoor teak seating, it's the perfect place for leisurely breakfasts, sunset cocktails, family dinners, or simply unwinding while taking in the peaceful surroundings and fresh mountain air.

Pool
The grounds are every bit as remarkable as the home itself. First is the spectacular 20' × 50' swimming pool. It is surrounded by an expansive 1,600-square-foot pool patio, with teak loungers and a table and seating designed for full days in the sun.

Inside the pool house, there is a bathroom and a shower, and a sauna room.

Finnish Sauna
The pool house features a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna, with hot stones heated by a firewood stove that can be fed from outside.


Meditation Cabin
There is a small pond-side cabin, located about 800 feet west of the pool. The meditation cabin is intentionally simple, with no electricity or running water, offering a quiet place to sit, reflect, meditate, or simply be surrounded by nature. A serene seated Buddha awaits to accompany your moments of reflection.

High Speed Internet
Powered by Starlink, the home offers high-speed internet with download speeds of around 200 Mbps, making it easy to stream, join Zoom meetings, or work remotely if you choose to stay connected while enjoying the retreat.

EV Charger:
Yes there is an EV charger. Better yet, powered by solar energy. The most efficient time to charge is during daytime.
