About this house rental

Notre gentil chat Gaston sera présent durant votre séjour.

Le gîte Bonin est un moulin à eau situé au bord de la rivière du Cousin en Bourgogne. Idéal pour la pêche (truite, brochet). Il y a une barque. Possibilité de se baigner (même en août). C’est un lieu unique, bucolique et paisible (entouré de forêt). Le parc fait 1 hectare et est traversé par 3 rivières.

Le gîte est localisé dans le célèbre Parc Naturel du Morvan, à qqles minutes d’Avallon, belle ville médiévale fortifiée et cité Vauban.

Accessible en Train : Gare TGV de Montbard à 40min (1h de TGV depuis Paris) ou Gare d’Avallon à 5min (2h15 de TER de Paris)

Accessible en Voiture 2h15 depuis Paris

Logement idéal pour 8 personnes mais possible pour 10 personnes (+1 bébé) : 4 chambres avec lits doubles + deux vrais matelas simples posés par terre dans une chambre avec couette et draps fournis + 1 lit bébé.

2 salles de bains et 3 toilettes.

Vous pouvez venir, à partir de 15h, à l'heure que vous souhaitez grâce à notre boite à clés.
