Other things to note
* Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking. It will be sent to you via email for a simple electronic signature. Included in the Rental Agreement are the House Rules listed below.

* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of K-cups, tea, hot chocolate, cream, sugar, complementary welcome basket, 2 dishwasher detergent pack, and one roll of paper towels. Spices rack provided. Each bathroom is stocked with 2 bath towels, hand towels, make-up towels, washcloths, 2 rolls of toilet paper and starter travel-sized toiletries. Guests are responsible for their own groceries, laundry detergent, and additional toiletries and paper products for longer stays.

* The cabin offers exceptional privacy and seclusion, with no neighboring homes immediately adjacent to the property, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.

* Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

* Mountain Safety: The Smoky Mountains are home to wildlife, including bears. Please do not leave food or trash outside and never approach wildlife. Close doors quickly or keep interior lights dim to avoid attracting flying insects into the cabin. The property also includes stairs and elevated decks; please use caution, especially with children. Child safety gates are provided though!

* Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire three-level cabin. This includes all interior spaces, the game room, 3 outdoor decks featuring the hot tub, outdoor sitting and dining, and BBQ grill. Entry is convenient with a keyless system. 1 owner's cabinet identified in theatre room and 2 owner's cabinet identified in Gaming room, is secured during your visit.

* You have free access to 3 Clubhouses. It has pools, game rooms, exercise rooms, tennis courts and pickleball courts.
South Clubhouse (1319 South Baden) is open all days except Tuesdays.
North Clubhouse (705 Village Loop Rd) is open all days except Wednesdays.
Alpine Clubhouse (1151 Upper Alpine Way) is open all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The courts first come first serve.
Note: Passes are kept in the key holder installed on the wall as you enter the home.

* We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. There is an external camera in the front of the property that looks onto the parking pad and front door. There are no cameras inside the property or on the decks.

HOUSE RULES:

*Please be respectful of neighbors and other cabins nearby

Stairs, Decks & Mountain Terrain
*The property includes stairs, slopes, & elevated decks
* Use caution, especially in rain or winter weather
*Children must be supervised on decks at all times

Hot Tub
* Use at your own risk
* No children unsupervised in the hot tub
* Shower before use; no soaps, lotions, or oils
* Replace cover immediately after use
* Do not sit or stand on the cover
* If the water becomes dirty due to misuse, the hot tub may not be available for the remainder of your stay

BBQ Grill
* Turn the propane/gas timer dial ON to activate
* Turn the timer dial fully OFF after use
* Never leave fire features unattended
* Keep fire pit cover on when not in use
* Clean the grill with the provided brush while it’s still warm
* No burning trash, wood, or other materials

Outdoor Seating
* When not in use, lock the deck doors. Winds can quickly take covers over the rails, so please ensure the covers are secured on the BBQ Grill after its cool down.

Wildlife Safety
*The Smoky Mountains are home to bears, raccoons & other wildlife
*Do not leave food, drinks, or trash outside.
* Do not approach or feed wildlife
* Keep car doors locked at all times.
* Always close cabin doors (front and back) to prevent wildlife entry.
* Do not leave any package in the car as it might attract bears entering your car.

Cleaning & Care
* Start the dishwasher before checkout
* Place all trash in outdoor bin and lock the Bear proof containers.
* Ensure outdoor chair covers are securely buckled on chairs
* Take all personal belongings - fees apply for items left behind
* Do not move furniture
* Please treat the property with care—this is our family’s personal cabin

Safety & Liability
* Guests assume responsibility for use of the hot tub, charcoal grill, BBQ grill, decks, and outdoor areas
* Use caution on outdoor steps and in icy or wet conditions
*Report any issues immediately so we can address them
