The beach is also a 7-minute walk from your condo. Spend sunny days along the Gulf of Mexico building sandcastles, lounging on the shore, or swimming in the surf. The Marlin Arms is also conveniently located within walking distance of some of South Padre’s most iconic eateries and attractions, including Louie’s Backyard and Gravity Park. Take a dip in the shared pool open year-round, which boasts its own panoramic views of the Laguna Madre Bay. This complex also offers its own private fishing dock and boat slip.
The bright and airy living room is furnished with a sofa and a sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite shows on the 44” cable TV. Granite countertops glisten in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. As dinner simmers on the stovetop, sip on a crisp drink at the kitchen bar with seating.
