About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this brand-new (2026) holiday home for rent in the village of La Bâthie, featuring mountain views, a floor area of 150 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
This house is a lovely base from which to enjoy the nearby ski resorts.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A 70 m² living room with two sofas, a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet
- A utility room
** Internet access is via 5G **
First floor
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: two single beds (90×190), a TV
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A study area on the landing
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: gas griddle, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- An unfenced garden of 500 m², as well as a 130 m² south-south-east-facing corner terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is set against the forest.
The house is ideally situated in La Bâthie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… The nearest shopping area is a 5-minute drive away.
Activities:
The neighbourhood is very quiet, with direct access to footpaths and the forest, perfect for walks or mountain bike rides.
- The nearest major ski resorts: Valmorel 30 minutes, Courchevel 45 minutes, Tignes 1 hour 10 minutes by car
- Albertville Olympic Village 10 minutes by car
Transport:
We strongly recommend travelling by car.
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Albertville, 12 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva International, approximately 110 km away, or Lyon Saint-Exupéry, approximately 150 km away

- Internet access is via 5G.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Only one small pet is permitted, at an additional cost of €20 per stay. Please let us know when you book.
- The house is ventilated by a ground-source cooling system, which helps to keep it cool.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and wash up any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed surcharge may apply.
