The bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom and closet, a comfortable sofa, and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing anything from a quick snack to a complete dinner. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Access is via a physical key lockbox at the unit`s entrance, allowing for secure and independent check-in. You will have one parking space in the building`s basement, with direct access from the front. All interior areas of the apartment are available to you, including a private terrace with sea and city views, and Wi-Fi both inside the apartment and in the building`s common areas.

During your stay, there will be no permanent staff in the apartment, but the Momentum Cabo team will always be available to support you before, during, and after your arrival. We will coordinate details such as check-in, transfers, activities, and additional services with you through the platform. If any issues arise with internet, electricity, water, or maintenance, you can report them directly to our team, who will be your main point of contact at all times.

Unlimited WiFi up to 200 Mbps and individual mini-split air conditioning in each area. You`ll find a safe in the master bedroom, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit inside the unit for added peace of mind. Complimentary water, beer, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Underground parking allows one vehicle per unit. Pets and events are not permitted, and we ask that you respect the building`s quiet hours. The beach is just 300 meters away, the city center is about a 10–15 minute drive, and Uber, taxis, and public transportation are readily available nearby. Private transportation is also available for an additional fee.
To ensure a peaceful, high-quality stay for you and our residential community, please follow these HOA/condominium guidelines:

-Minimum age to book: The primary guest must be 21+ (we do not accept student/party groups).

-No parties or events: This is a residential community—thank you for keeping gatherings respectful and low-key.

-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas (balconies/terraces/common areas). HOA rules may be strictly enforced.

-Registered guests only: Occupancy must match the number of guests on the reservation—no unregistered visitors.

-No smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

-Pets: Not allowed

-Pre-arrival requirements: For HOA compliance, we require Check-in Form fullfilment with a valid ID for the main adult guest and a signed Stay Agreement prior to sharing final access details.
