Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom townhouse in St Werburghs. Set over three floors, this comfortable home offers a private garden, dedicated parking and a sociable open-plan living space - perfect for families, friends or business travellers.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features a dining table for six, large L-shaped sofa bed, Smart TV, games console and board games. Bi-fold doors open onto the private garden.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also provided.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Three bedrooms include a super king master with chest of drawers, hairdryer and Juliet balcony; a double bedroom with armchair, hairdryer and Juliet balcony; and a twin room with two single beds, chest of drawers and desk. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.
OFFICE & LIBRARY
The first-floor office/library has a large desk, comfy sofa, books and Juliet balcony - ideal for working or relaxing.
BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms: a ground-floor WC, plus two bathrooms with shower over bath, toilet and sink.
THE GARDEN
A private garden is accessed directly from the living area through bi-fold doors - perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining.
