The main house features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a cosy fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. There are also two bedrooms with a total of three beds, as well as a WC with a washbasin and a separate shower room with a washing machine. From the main house, you have direct access to a lovely terrace overlooking the sea – the perfect spot for relaxing dinners while enjoying the peaceful view. On the property, there is also a cosy guest house with a sofa bed and its own private terrace, offering a little extra privacy and space for additional guests. Several beautiful and family-friendly swimming spots are within easy walking distance. And according to local word, the area is also great for fishing! At the same time, you are conveniently close to the centre of Öregrund – a charming and lively summer town with restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, shops and a vibrant boating scene. From here, you can also take the free car ferry to beautiful Gräsö. Depending on the season, guided sightseeing tours are available as well. Be sure to visit Tallparken, a beautiful coastal park in the heart of Öregrund. Every summer, Öregrund hosts the famous Boat Week (Båtveckan) – a popular boat and music festival that attracts visitors from near and far. The nearby town of Östhammar offers additional services and amenities, including a library, pharmacy, grocery stores and more. There are also plenty of flea markets in the area.
