A Few Things to Note
• Quiet hours are observed to respect neighbors and the surrounding community.
• No parties or events.
• Hawaii’s tropical climate means you may occasionally encounter geckos or island insects despite regular pest service — a normal part of island living.
• The community pool and hot tub are shared neighborhood amenities.
We encourage guests to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the rhythm of the Big Island with care and respect.
We’re so excited to share Hōkū Lani with you and hope it becomes a place your family and friends return to year after year.
Hōkū Lani is located within the luxury gated Holua Kai community near historic Keauhou Bay on the Kona Coast of Hawai‘i.
Guests are within walking distance of the Holua Racquet & Paddle courts, the community pool and spa, the nearby ocean and sunset lookout, Keauhou Bay, and the Outrigger Kona Resort.
Keauhou Bay serves as the departure point for many popular ocean experiences, including manta ray night snorkels, snorkeling tours, kayaking, and boat excursions along the Kona coastline.
The Keauhou Shopping Center — with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and a movie theater — is just a short drive away, along with beaches, golf, coffee farms, and historic Kailua-Kona.
