The approximately 35 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and boasts a bright and welcoming ambiance. From the entrance area, you have direct access to the modern bathroom and the open-plan kitchen. From here, you can enjoy the view into the light-filled living and sleeping area, which faces west.
The high-quality furnishings with light-colored designer furniture create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A comfortable sofa, a dining area for up to four people, and a comfortable bed invite you to relax. Thanks to the well-designed layout, you can enjoy watching TV from both the sofa and the bed.
A special highlight is the covered balcony, which extends the entire length of the apartment. From early afternoon until evening, you can enjoy the sun here and relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air – protected even from wind and rain.
For those who want to be active, the private boat dock and surf shelter offer ideal opportunities for water sports and maritime experiences.
The apartment is non-smoking. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
An outdoor parking space is available directly at the property for the duration of your stay.
