Sun-filled, skylit open-plan living flows out to two double bedrooms, warmed throughout by ducted heating. Sleeps up to five, with a trundler bed for a fifth guest. Fully fenced with off-street parking โ the perfect central base for your alpine escape.
Check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 10:00am. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.
Maximum 5 guests. The home sleeps five (two double bedrooms plus a trundler bed). No additional guests may stay overnight without our prior approval.
No parties or events. This is a quiet residential home in a shared complex โ gatherings beyond the registered guests aren`t permitted.
Quiet hours 10:00pmโ8:00am. We share boundaries with neighbours and other units, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors and when arriving or leaving late.
Respect our neighbours. The property is part of a body corporate with adjoining units. Please be considerate of shared driveways, walls, and outdoor areas at all times.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out.
No pets, sorry.
One allocated off-street car park. Your park is the first one as you go through the small gate closest to Unit 3. Please use only this space and don`t block neighbours` access or park in other units` spaces.
Lock up when you leave. Please close windows and doors and switch off heating when heading out.
Treat the home with care. It`s finished to a high standard โ please report any damage or breakages so we can put things right quickly.
