THE SPACE

Casa Lola offers approximately 3,279 square feet of indoor space plus multiple terraces on a private, fenced half-acre property.

The home includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open living and dining area, a large kitchen and an oversized lower-level gathering space. Air conditioning is provided in the three upstairs bedrooms. The other bedrooms and common areas are not air-conditioned but have fans.

Guests have access to T-Mobile Home Internet, one television, a washer and dryer, an outdoor grill and a whole-house generator for backup power during electrical outages. Because the internet service uses T-Mobile’s cellular network, speeds and availability may vary.

Outside, enjoy the private pool, pergola covered outdoor dining, pool bathroom, rooftop pergola, tropical grounds and multiple outdoor areas. The property includes avocado, guava, soursop, coconut, quenepa and citrus trees. A natural creek and waterfall area runs along the back of the property, with flow that varies according to rainfall.

The neighborhood of Villa Lydia is one of Aguadilla's finest and thanks to some prominent neighbors there is often 24/7 Puerto Rico Police Bureau security - though the neighborhood is very safe anyway.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the home, pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor living areas and tropical grounds. Ample parking is available in the driveway and along the street.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Casa Lola is connected to the public municipal water system. The neighborhood occasionally experiences lower-than-normal water pressure due to conditions within the public utility system, which is outside the host’s control. Short-term pressure fluctuations may occur.

We will respond and assist whenever an issue is reported, but minor or temporary municipal pressure changes do not automatically result in refunds. Any substantial interruption will be handled in accordance with Airbnb’s applicable policies.

The property is surrounded by tropical nature. Guests may encounter coquí frogs, iguanas, birds, geckos, insects, heavy rain and other normal elements of island life.

The pool, rooftop, stairs and creekside terrain require close adult supervision of children and responsible/sober use.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome when included in the reservation and approved within the listing’s pet limit. The applicable pet fee must be paid through the platform. Pets may not be left unattended without prior approval, allowed on beds, or permitted to disturb the neighborhood.
