About this apartment rental
Historic apartment in the heart of Verona, behind the Arena and near Piazza Bra. Just an 8-minute walk from Piazza Erbe, perfect for exploring the city. Juliet's House, Castel Vecchio and Ponte Pietra are all within walking distance. It has an equipped kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning, spacious living room and comfortable bedroom. In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, shops, pharmacies and a supermarket. Bus stop for the station 150 meters away.
The space The apartment is located in a historic building with an elevator, just behind the Verona Arena, in an ideal position to experience the center and walk to the main attractions. Piazza Bra is a short walk away, while Piazza Erbe, Juliet's House, Castel Vecchio and Ponte Pietra are just a short walk away.
The house, about 60 square meters, offers modern environments with elegant parquet floors. The living area is large and bright, equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a relaxation area. The bedroom has a cozy double bed, air conditioning, and a large wardrobe.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need for cooking (plates, cutlery, utensils).
The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, courtesy set and a small balcony that overlooks a characteristic internal courtyard.
The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The area is full of typical restaurants, wine bars, shops and a supermarket just 200 meters away. The bus stop is 150 meters away and provides easy access to Verona Porta Nuova station.
Please note that the apartment is located in ZTL, so it does not have private parking, but there are paid garages nearby.
A few steps away you will find covered private parking spaces such as the Cittadella Car Park (€18/day) and the Arena Car Park (€22/day), ensuring comfort during your stay

• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie of the guests, to prove the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement; • the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.
• In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several large appliances at the same time, the power goes off.
City Tax: € 3,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights
