About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just 15 minutes from Little Rock & LRAFB, and yet on a scenic lake in a quiet neighborhood. You have a fully equipped kitchen with instant pot, air frier, crock pot, coffee station, and even an ice cream maker. A lake view deck with a grill and outdoor eating space if you choose to cook, but lots of nearby restaurants if you choose not to! Dining area has a table big enough for 10 and there is a kitchen island with seats as well.
The Game Room has a full-size pool table, board games and Nintendo switch. There are a wide assortment of games and puzzles and a big screen tv for movie nights or gaming.
There's a kid friendly bedroom with twin over queen bunk. Pack 'n' Play and highchair, and full sized twin cot available. There are TVs in every room except the kitchen!
Owners live right next door but respect your privacy, so if you need anything we are a text away! Dock use by permission.
