The Hollow offers three bedrooms plus a queen-size sleeping option in the movie room, with a flexible layout that works particularly well for families, multiple couples, and multigenerational groups.

Because this is a historic home with a distinctive layout, we've described the sleeping spaces clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

Primary Suite — Open Upstairs Vaulted Ceiling Space

The primary suite is located upstairs in an open loft-style space.
The suite does not have a traditional bedroom door, creating an airy, open feel rather than a completely enclosed bedroom. Blackout blinds provide privacy and help create a restful environment for sleeping.

The suite features a comfortable bed, a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, and access to a private balcony with Rocky Mountain views.
It's a peaceful place to start the morning with coffee or wind down after a day in Boulder.

Bedroom 2 — Main House
The second bedroom is located within the main house and provides a comfortable, private sleeping space away from the primary living areas.

Bedroom 3 — Private Guest Suite & Apartment
The third bedroom is located in a separate guest suite/apartment within the property.
This is one of The Hollow's most unique features and makes the home especially well suited to families, multiple couples, and multigenerational groups.

The private quarters can be closed off with doors from the main house giving guests their own separate space and privacy. When your group wants to be together, simply open the doors and the apartment becomes part of the full-home experience.
It's the flexibility of having your own space when you want it—and being together when you don't.

Movie Room — Queen Sleeping Option

The movie room includes a comfortable queen-size bed providing an additional sleeping option for guests who need more flexibility.

During the day, it's a great place to relax and watch a movie. At night, it can serve as a comfortable sleeping space for a guest or couple.

Please note that the movie room is a flexible sleeping area rather than a traditional enclosed bedroom.

Outdoor Living

Step outside into a lower-filled backyard oasis and enjoy one of the best parts of life in Boulder—being outdoors.

With more than 300 days of sunshine each year, the backyard is made for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, BBQs, and long dinners outside.
